Dr. Gary Damon, Jr. serves as President/Owner of Pressure Point Consulting, LLC. As President, Dr. Damon is responsible for providing strategic and program oversight, visionary leadership, and a lead facilitator of virtual training opportunities. Most previously, Dr. Damon was the Executive Director of a rural local workforce development board in Tennessee. In this role, Dr. Damon oversaw all phases of the federally funded WIOA program, regional planning, fiscal monitoring and oversight, proposal development, contract management, and overall evaluation of programs and vendor services. With over 15 years of professional and fund development experience, Dr. Damon has worked in several industry sectors, including urban and higher education, grassroots and local non-profit, for-profit starter companies, and workforce and re-entry services.
